This is a modern 3-star boutique hotel in La Villette district (19th Arrondissement), one of the most modern districts of Paris. Inaugurated in May 2010, this contemporary, eco-friendly and stylish hotel offers pristine accommodation with easy access around the capital. Developments of La Villette and the ornate park of Buttes Chaumont have renewed interest in this district, which is predominantly residential. La Villette has undergone a facelift and now offers a canal side recreation park with its promenades, parks, cinemas and cafés. It leads to the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, just a stone’s throw from the hotel, which is also near the Cité de la Musique and the Zénith Music Hall. The hotel is housed in a traditional 5-storey building. The hotel does not have an onsite restaurant but there are several dining options in the vicinity. Continental breakfast is included and served in the breakfast room from 7 a. m. to 10 a. m. The rooms are small but come well equipped. They have been renovated to provide for sustainable means, and feature cinema theme-inspired design with wood floors, soothing blue walls, earth tone accents, and lighting that inspires a relaxed state of mind. The bathroom is fitted with a shower stall.
